building a new home! From Anchorage to the Mat-Su
Valley, we are blessed with builders who, with few
exceptions, build top-quality homes. You get to
choose the plans, colors, and finishes that suite
your lifestyle.
Considering new construction? We strongly recommend
utilizing our services as a buyer’s broker.
Bear in mind that the builder’s agent owes
full loyalty to the builder, who unlike the
sellers, will be working with that agent, and
providing their income, over and over again. Dual
agency (see our button on the home page “What
Single Agency Means to You”) is especially
problematic under these circumstances. We have
repeatedly seen builder’s agents
“push” buyers to accept homes that are
not what the buyer may have contracted for. You
really need your own advocate when dealing with a
builder and it normally costs you nothing to have
us represent you with your new home!
